MSCI Euro & Pan-Euro Indices
Designed to serve as the basis for index-linked products

At the close of November 30, 2007, the MSCI Euro and MSCI Pan-Euro Indices, which were subsets of the broader MSCI EMU and MSCI Europe indices respectively, transitioned in one phase to the MSCI EMU Large Cap and MSCI Europe Large Cap Indices, respectively.

Since they have a unique history prior to November 30, 2007, the MSCI Euro and Pan-Euro indices will continue to be published even though their constituents as of close of November 30, 2007, are the same as those of the MSCI EMU Large Cap and MSCI Europe Large Cap Indices respectively.
