MSCI Real Time Indices provide access to real time index levels for approximately 9,000 benchmark indices, including the market-leading MSCI EAFE, MSCI ACWI, MSCI Emerging Markets and MSCI World Indices. Used by both portfolio managers and equity traders, MSCI Real Time Indices offer an instant picture of global equity market activity and regions, sectors, or countries.

The MSCI Real Time Indices are now provided in three variants: price, net and gross:

• The price index provides the equity returns excluding dividends
• The gross index provides the equity returns including dividends
• The net index provides the equity returns including dividends net of withholding tax rates¹

Coverage

The MSCI Real Time Indices cover all MSCI Developed and Emerging Markets countries and many Frontier Markets. In addition, real time sector and industry indices are provided for a number of regions including ACWI IMI² , EAFE, Emerging Markets, World and Europe.  Additionally sector³ , industry, value and growth indices are available for numerous countries and regions.
