We are pleased to announce the release of the latest version of Barra Portfolio Manager with enhanced portfolio construction capabilities. Barra Portfolio Manager is designed to help equity portfolio managers and their teams build better portfolios. This release delivers portfolio construction capabilities that help portfolio managers:

• Manage portfolios through a rebalance cycle using the Barra Optimizer.
• Quickly revise and re-run a previous optimization.
• Compare multiple trading scenarios side-by-side to find the optimal combination of forecast risk and return given the constraints of an investment mandate.
• Easily review tactical overrides defined over different rebalance profiles.
• Create a customized trade list so that the trade codes are compatible with your trade execution system and choose to email or save your list in a variety of formats.

Existing Barra Aegis clients may add Barra Portfolio Manager by simply completing a Barra Order Form and addendum to their existing Barra License Agreements.
