Run by a dedicated global team of trained Operations Specialists, our Managed Services team manages the client data workflow process. When the client’s portfolio data is received by MSCI, our Operations Specialists process the portfolio data incorporating client defined proxy rules* for rejected instruments so that the data load is complete and arrange for all batch analytics reports and position diagnostic logs to be securely delivered to the client in a timely manner.
*Common examples of when these proxy rules would be applied include invalid holding format, corporate actions, and missing terms and conditions data.
