MSCI UK Quarterly Property Index (Standing Investments Total Return; GBP)

The “MSCI UK Quarterly Property Index (Standing Investments Total Return; GBP)” measures unlevered total returns of directly held standing property investments from one valuation to the next. The index tracks performance of 8,279 property investments, with a total capital value of GBP 147.8bn billion as at December 2019.
