The REALPAC/IPD Canada Quarterly Property Fund Index covers seven unlisted open-ended funds invested in Canada and measures the performance of the funds as well as their underlying assets. The index is based on a sample of seven funds with a total net asset value of CAD $20.3 billion as at December 2016.
