MSCI hosted a webinar to release the results for the June 2017 IPD South Africa Biannual Property Index and to discuss what it means for real estate investors.

The IPD South Africa Biannual Property Index, which is sponsored by Nedbank CIB, covers almost R290bn of professionally invested real estate. The index incorporates a unique, owner-verified dataset of property investment portfolios and tracks the fundamental returns by sector, geography and property type.
