PREA/IPD U.S. Quarterly Property Fund Index, Q2 2015

On August 19, Elizabeth Francis, MSCI and Greg MacKinnon, PREA hosted a webinar where they discussed the Q2 2015 results of the PREA/IPD U.S. Quarterly Property Fund Index.

The index covers returns of open-end property funds of all strategies, as well as returns to the unleveraged direct property held by the funds, and the contributions to returns of various aspects of fund structure.

Index is based on a sample of 31 funds with a gross asset value of $213.8 billion value as of March 2015.
