REALpac/IPD Canada Quarterly Property Index, Q2 2015 Results

On September 3, 2015 Michael Brooks, REALpac and Simon Fairchild, MSCI discussed the Q2 2015 results of the REALpac/IPD Canada Quarterly Property Index.

The REALpac/IPD Canada Quarterly Property Index with results dating back to 1999, is an annual rolling index measuring ungeared total returns to directly held standing property investments from one open market valuation to the next. The index tracks performance of 2,389 property investments, with a total capital value of CAD $129 billion as at June 2015.
