Martina Hulme focuses on climate-risk research. In her role, she develops models to estimate greenhouse-gas emission footprints, in particular for corporate Scope 3 (value-chain) emissions. Martina also focuses on models assessing the alignments of companies and portfolios with global climate targets. She joined MSCI in January 2022. In her previous role, she conducted ESG and climate analyses in a client-facing role. Martina holds a master’s degree in history and geography from the University of Zurich.
