MSCI Global Core Diversified Quarterly Property Fund Index (Unfrozen)

This index is a subset of MSCI Global Quarterly Property Fund Index (GPFI). This Index measures net property fund returns and tracks the performance of 52 quarterly valued unlisted open-ended core funds having a diversified sector allocation, with a Net Asset Value of USD 263.9 billion as at December 2023.
