About us

MSCI ESG Ratings and Research Private Limited, previously registered with SEBI as a 'Category II' ESG Rating Provider (ERP), has been deregistered with effect from 20th March 2026.

Consequently, MSCI no longer provides locally regulated ESG ratings products relating to India-domiciled issuers to users in India. However, MSCI continues to serve the Indian domestic market through certain sustainability and climate data products, as permitted under local regulatory requirements.

With more than 25 years of experience in strategic planning and technology leadership, he has a proven track record of leading large-scale software engineering projects for the Banking and Finance industry.

Daisy Bandrawala

Daisy Bandrawala is a chartered accountant with more than 25 years of experience in the Banking and Finance industry. She has been with MSCI for over 14 years and heads the Mumbai Finance Center of Excellence. She is proficient in various areas of finance including financial planning and analytics, digital transformation, automation, building internal controls, global stakeholder management, strategy and driving efficiencies.
