The IPD Pan-Europe Quarterly Property Fund Index tracks the quarterly performance of pan-European open-ended funds. This is the first index that allows comparison between fund and asset level performance across the European market. Europe shows wide diversity of performance across and within countries in 2017, within a context of general market stabilization.
