Why Isn't Capital Moving? A Practitioner Roundtable on Climate Risk and Investment Decisions
Carbon Tracker and MSCI invite you to a closed-door roundtable during London Climate Action Week 2026.
Awareness of climate risk is high, yet capital is still not moving at the speed or scale the transition demands. The gap is no longer about data or disclosure; it is about decisions.
Prompted by the launch of Carbon Tracker's Recalibrating Climate Risk report, this session brings together a small group of asset owners, insurers and senior practitioners to ask the harder question: what is actually blocking capital deployment, and what will unlock it?
We will move beyond frameworks to examine where capital is and is not flowing, how physical climate and systemic risks are emerging into allocation decisions, and what needs to change now.
This discussion goes beyond ESG to focus on capital allocation and investment decision making.
Places will be strictly limited.
Registration data will be collected by MSCI and may be shared with Carbon Tracker solely for the purpose of event administration and delivery. For more information on how your data is used and your rights, please see MSCI’s Privacy Notice.
