Preparing for APRA SRS551.0 Liquidity Risk Standards
In December 2024, the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority’s (APRA) released the finalized SRS 551.0 Liquidity Reporting Standard, a new requirement to enhance data collection on Registrable Superannuation Entity (RSEs) and improve investment governance practices.
Under this new reporting standard, RSEs are required to report detailed information about their liquidity metrics. The changes will take effect soon, with trial submissions due December 15, 2025, and the first official reporting required by February 9, 2026. This gives RSEs a limited window to update their processes and data systems to align with these new standards.
This webinar discusses how MSCI liquidity solutions can help RSEs measure and manage liquidity risk.
