The MSCI Japan IMI Semiconductors and Semiconductor Equipment Index is designed to capture the large, mid and small-cap stocks of the Japanese equity market. All securities in the index are classified in the Semiconductors and Semiconductor Equipment Industry Group (within the Information Technology sector) according to the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS®).
