The MSCI World ex Switzerland ESG Universal ex Thermal Coal Index is based on the MSCI World ex Switzerland Index, its parent index, and includes large and mid-cap securities across Developed Markets, excluding Switzerland. The index is designed to reflect the performance of an investment strategy that seeks to gain exposure to companies demonstrating both a robust ESG profile and a positive trend in improving that profile while excluding companies with exposure to thermal coal.
