MSCI ACWI ex Europe Screened Select Special Weighted Index
The MSCI ACWI ex Europe Screened Select Special Weighted Index is based on the MSCI ACWI ex Europe Index and includes large and mid-cap securities across developed and emerging markets excluding Europe. It excludes companies involved in controversial, civilian or nuclear weapons, adult entertainment, tobacco, gambling, predatory lending, oil sands, arctic oil and gas, or companies that derive revenues from thermal coal power and extraction of select fossil fuels. It also excludes firms that fail to comply with the United Nations Global Compact principles, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, or International Labour Organization standards. The index applies regional neutrality to align weights to the parent index.
