The MSCI USA Leaders Select Index is designed to represent the performance of U.S. companies with high Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) ratings. It is a free float-adjusted market capitalization-weighted index that selects companies based on their ESG criteria from the MSCI USA Index. The index aims to provide exposure to companies with strong sustainability profiles while excluding those involved in severe ESG controversies
