Magdalena Sordyl develops sovereign and sub-sovereign ESG models and methodologies to identify emerging risks and opportunities for clients. Prior to joining MSCI, Magdalena worked at Moody’s, focusing on credit-risk assessments for sovereigns in Europe and the Middle East. She also has experience working in the banking sector in ESG investor outreach. Magdalena holds a master’s degree in economics of the Middle East from SOAS University of London and a bachelor’s in economics from Bocconi University.
