Prior to MSCI, Siyu worked at Goldman Sachs as a financial analyst. She holds a Master of Public Administration degree in Economic and Political Development from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science, Engineering degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
