The index tracks the cost of owning and running office accommodation for Blue Chip Occupiers (large corporates), as measured by cost per full-time equivalent (FTE) building occupant. The cost of space (total property cost per square metre) and space utilization (space per occupant) measures are also shown. The index data is based on the IPD Occupiers benchmarking service.
