IPD UK Annual Rural Property Index

Compiled from valuation and management records for individual farms and estates held by institutional and private investors, the Index measures ungeared total returns to direct investment in a sample of tenanted farmland comprising 1,873 assets/estates, with a total capital value of £3.0 billion as at December 2015.
