With economic slowdown, inflation and rising interest rates - real estate investors may choose to focus on maintaining income in the near future.
Whilst historically real estate rental growth has offered some degree of inflation hedge, rising bankruptcy statistics underline the importance of actively monitoring and managing future cashflow risk. Approaches to tenant risk management were previously limited by reliance on credit reports and manual processes, but better approaches are now available.
