In March 2021, ESMA published a report as a conclusion to its Common Supervisory Action (CSA) on UCITS liquidity risk management. The CSA revealed some adverse supervisory findings in few cases, which necessitate further improvement in liquidity risk management to comply with the regulations and improve investor protection and financial stability.
