MSCI Denmark Annual Property Index Launch

With over 20 years history, the MSCI Denmark Annual Property Index gives a unique insight into the performance of investment grade direct real estate. We will present on the latest trends, comparing and contrasting performance in Denmark to other European markets.

Real Capital Analytics will then provide up to the minute information on transaction activity. With international investor demand for Danish real estate at a new high, we will examine the transaction market in more detail in terms of capital flows in Denmark and Europe.

To finish we will be joined by industry experts who will share their thoughts on what the latest performance figures indicate for investors, as well as discussing some of the most recent industry research and insights provided by MSCI’s Real Estate Research team.
