Our full employee engagement survey, conducted regularly, measures whether our approaches to performance, growth and career development drive employee engagement. Managers receive anonymized feedback from the survey and are accountable for fostering a work environment that promotes continued improvement and engagement. In addition, we regularly conduct “pulse” surveys to measure the effectiveness of various initiatives and their impact on employee engagement.
