Andrea Lim researches carbon-market policy across the Asia-Pacific region. Her work supports investor and corporate understanding of emissions reporting, science-based target setting and carbon-credit use in transition planning. Before MSCI, she led policy and ESG strategy at a technology firm, and earlier worked on economic-development policy in the Singapore civil service and in government-affairs consulting across Southeast Asia. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science and international relations from the National University of Singapore.
