Benjamin Chow

Ben Chow leads real-estate research for Asia and is based in Singapore. He is the author of MSCI’s Asia Pacific Capital Trends publication and steers production of MSCI’s global indexes of real-estate transaction prices. He previously worked at Real Capital Analytics, which MSCI acquired in late 2021. Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from University College London and a master’s in quantitative methods in the social sciences from Columbia University.
