Benjamin Martin-Henry

Based in Sydney, Ben Martin-Henry leads real-estate research for the Pacific region. He analyzes market and performance trends, and is regularly quoted in Australian media. Ben began his career at IPD (now MSCI) in London, where he worked chiefly in research. On transferring to Sydney, Ben worked closely with clients in the Asia Pacific region. He then moved to CBRE, where he was a leader on the capital-markets research team for more than five years, before moving to Real Capital Analytics, which MSCI acquired in late 2021.
