Gabriela de la Serna

Gabriela's research covers ESG in the energy and information technology sectors. In her previous role at the Office for National Statistics, she conducted quantitative research to improve the quality of the U.K’s COVID-19 statistics, published reports on the U.K.’s green economy and supported Costa Rica’s delegation at COP 26. Gabriela has a master’s degree in international public policy from UCL and a bachelor’s degree in international management from the University of Manchester.
