Jana Haines

Jana Haines focuses on understanding investors’ evolving needs and translating them into index solutions across markets, strategies and asset classes. She previously held a series of senior leadership roles at MSCI, including leading index products for the Americas and EMEA, as well as MSCI’s fixed-income index business globally. Prior to rejoining MSCI, she served as chief strategy officer of ARK Investment Management, where she helped scale the business and expand its global partnerships. Jana holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
