Jeremy Porter

Jeremy Porter leads research on the economic and financial implications of physical climate risk and develops related models and products. Before joining MSCI, he was a founding member of First Street, where he developed research and modeling approaches linking physical climate risk to asset valuations, migration and exposure. He has published extensively on climate risk, demography and research methodologies. Jeremy holds a Ph.D. in demography and degrees in statistics and geospatial technologies from Mississippi State University and the University of Louisville.
