Jonathan Ponder

Jonathan Ponder leads corporate-governance research for the Americas at MSCI, overseeing coverage across North and South America and all sectors. Prior to joining MSCI, Jonathan provided strategic support to North American activist investors and issuers involved in proxy contests and advised on corporate-governance matters. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in earth sciences and economics from Dalhousie University and an MBA from the University of St. Gallen.
