Jorge Mina
Chief Operating Officer, Chief Transformation Officer and Head of Analytics
Jorge Mina serves as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Transformation Officer and Head of Analytics. As Chief Operating Officer, he leads the company's integrated operations across all products and functions. As Chief Transformation Officer, he designs and drives enterprise change programs aligned with MSCI's strategic priorities. Jorge also oversees the firm's equity and multi-asset class risk and portfolio management analytics products. He is a member of the firm's Management Committee.Jorge joined MSCI in 2010 following MSCI's acquisition of RiskMetrics. He was a founding member of the RiskMetrics Group where he held a variety of roles, including Co-Head of the RiskMetrics Business and Head of Research.Jorge holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Actuarial Sciences from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and a master's degree in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago.
