Laura Coomber

Laura Coomber conducts research on key issues across nature-based solutions at MSCI Carbon Markets, focusing on reforestation within carbon markets, as well as the broader integration of nature and biodiversity into investor decision-making. Before joining MSCI, she was a consultant in both the private and non-profit sectors, including providing ESG strategic advisory services to major corporations. Laura holds a first-class MSc in environment and development from Edinburgh University, where she led research in the Peruvian Amazon for her thesis.
