Lisa Eichler

Lisa Eichler leads MSCI’s Physical Risk and Nature Solutions team, overseeing product development and collaboration with research to advance thought leadership on climate and nature-related risks. She has over 18 years of experience in biodiversity, climate change and disaster resilience, bridging science, policy and finance to support a low-carbon, climate-resilient transition. Before joining MSCI in 2023, Lisa was Managing Director and co-founder of Ortec Finance’s Climate & ESG Solutions. She holds an M.Sc. in environmental management and an M.A. in global public policy from Duke University.
