Paulina Serrano is the Operating Officer for Analytics at MSCI. In this role, she is responsible for leading the global operating model, driving operational excellence and execution discipline, and ensuring cross-functional alignment to deliver scalable, client-focused solutions. Paulina holds a Master's degree in Quantitative Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Alcalá, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Sciences from the Universidad de las Américas Puebla.
