Satish Shinde leads research and development related to sustainability ratings methodologies, developing quantitative models to measure external risks companies face in various business segments and geographies. Prior to joining sustainability research, he was part of MSCI's index and analytics teams, where he helped support new product launches and model enhancements. Satish holds a management degree in finance from Institute for Technology and Management and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Mumbai University. He is also a CFA® Charterholder.
