Tanguy Séné

Tanguy Séné leads the development of MSCI transition-finance metrics, including Implied Temperature Rise (ITR). Prior to joining MSCI, Tanguy worked under the leadership of Mark Carney at the Bank of England and at the COP26 Private Finance Hub, where he helped build a framework for aligning finance with the goals of the Paris agreement. Tanguy holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Sorbonne Paris I University and an executive master’s in finance from HEC Paris.
