Veronica Berlanga

Veronica Berlanga is a member of the Index Market Classification team, where she conducts in-depth research and data analysis on global equity markets to support market classification assessments. She engages with market participants and stakeholders on market developments, regulatory changes, and classification criteria that determine index eligibility across MSCI's global equity indices. Prior to MSCI, she worked in credit risk, analyzing corporate and sovereign issuers to support fixed income investment decisions for a pension fund. She holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial sciences from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and is a CFA® charterholder.
