Xiaoshu Wang

Xiaoshu Wang leads the ESG and climate research team in Asia-Pacific. With more than a decade of experience in ESG, she focuses on ESG risks and performance analysis in the region. Prior to MSCI, Xiaoshu worked with major banks and financial institutions in China on Basel III compliance. She also worked with Business for Social Responsibility to develop sustainability strategies for multinational corporations. Xiaoshu holds a bachelor’s degree from Peking University’s Guanghua School of Management and is a CFA® charterholder.
