The weight of industrial grew to over 30% in March 2022. The industrial sector's weight has steadily risen over the last three years, from 19.6% in March 2019 to 31.5% in March 2022. The retail sector's weight, on the other hand, has continued to decline, from 25.1% in March 2019 to 15.3% in March 2022. Residential has been the third-largest sector in the index since March 2021.
