Utkarsh Akhouri leads MSCI Carbon Markets’ forecasting team, developing economic models to analyze the future demand, supply and pricing of carbon credits. Prior to MSCI, Utkarsh worked for a leading EU minerals and energy think-tank, advising the European Commission on sustainable mining, critical minerals and clean-energy transition policy. He holds a master's degree in climate-change management and finance from Imperial College London.
