Yaonan Zhang is a member of the new product research team. She has focused on researching megatrends and themes and developing MSCI’s thematic index suite for both standard and customized solutions for our clients. Prior to MSCI, she worked at State Street Associates where she focused on private equity indexes and investor behavior indicators. Yaonan has a PhD in Mathematics from Boston University and master's in financial engineering from University of Michigan Ann Arbor. Yaonan is a CFA® Charter holder.
