MSCI continues to monitor the situation in Ukraine. Senior leaders across the Firm conduct on-going Crisis Management meetings to ensure the health & safety of our employees and the resilience of our business services. At this time, we do not have any material impact to our services.
MSCI maintains and regularly reviews Business Continuity Plans to ensure the resiliency of our service to clients. We do not have offices or host infrastructure within Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Belarus, Slovakia, Romania, or Moldova.
MSCI closely follows relevant alerts and advisories regarding cyber-attacks and related exposures. While we have no evidence to date to indicate MSCI services have been impacted or compromised, we have taken steps to further improve our cyber defenses and continue to follow the situation closely. We employ a 24x7 Security Operations Center to detect and respond to threats on MSCI services in coordination with industry standard threat intelligence providers, IOC feeds, industry peers and regulatory / law enforcement partners.
MSCI systems remain highly resilient and utilize multiple contingencies to provide services to clients. We have engaged all critical third-party service providers to validate their processes are aligned to ours.
We encourage you to contact your MSCI representative or client service if you have any specific questions or concerns.
