Resiliency Contractual Commitment

MSCI is committed to delivering reliable, secure, and resilient services to our clients. We recognize the growing importance of digital operational resilience in light of increasing regulatory requirements, such as the EU’s Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).

To help our clients ensure that MSCI has adequate and appropriate processes and systems that align with these stringent standards, we are pleased to make available:

• MSCI’s contractual commitment to our clients regarding resiliency, in the form of our Resiliency Contracting Supplement (PDF, 129KB) with an introductory statement from Rob Gutowski, our General Counsel. We are broadly making this commitment to our clients in an enforceable manner without the need for counter-signature by clients.
