The MSCI USA Catholic Values Index includes 400 (large, mid and small capitalization) companies with high ESG ratings relative to the constituents in the MSCI USA Investable Market Index, while maintaining sector weights similar to the MSCI USA IMI. Additionally, the index includes companies that meet Catholic investment standards as defined by the Socially Responsible Investment Guidelines (USCCB SRI Guidelines) created by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. The index is set to 400 companies at each Quarterly Index Review (February, May, August, and November).

The MSCI Global Islamic Indices reflect Sharia investment principles to provide an innovative and relevant opportunity set for Islamic investors. The Indices are constructed from the conventional MSCI country indices and cover 70 Developed, Emerging and Frontier Markets countries, including regions such as the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries ex Saudi Arabia and Arabian markets. An independent Sharia Board, the advisory board of Dar al Istithmar, has granted a Fatwa on the MSCI Islamic Index Series Methodology, concluding that the methodology is in compliance with generally accepted Sharia guidelines. The indices apply stringent screens to exclude securities based on two types of criteria: business activities and financial ratios derived from total assets.
