Pursuant to Article 37 and/or Article 38 of the Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation ("MiFIR"), certain central counterparties (CCPs) and trading venues may request access to licenses of and information to relating to MSCI benchmarks which are used to determine the value of certain financial instruments for trading and clearing purposes.
