Des FitzGerald has more than 15 years of experience in wealth and asset management. Previously, he was a senior policy adviser at the Personal Investment Management and Financial Advice Association, the U.K.’s trade association for the wealth-management segment. Prior to that he was a specialist adjudicator at the U.K.’s Financial Ombudsman Service. Des holds a Master of Science in EU policy, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (with honors) in politics, philosophy and history, from Birkbeck, University of London.
